If you create pages try corkboard

If you create pages for The Beacon (Students and Teachers) then you may have used Wallwisher before. Recently wallwisher has not been very stable. Sometimes your walls don't appear at all. You might want to try using corkboard.me

As soon as you visit the site your wall is created. Just copy the URL (web address) and then use 'Quick Embed', paste the URL in the 'Embed a web page' option to put it into your page.

I think this is a good corkboard to put wallwisher on it.

Wow! I think corkboard looks nicer, but with Wallwisher, you can choose photos and add a title. Can you do that on corkboard?

You can't unfortunately.

Although if you want to try another one you could have a look at linoit.com . With that one you can do lots of things including adding videos as well. You will need to sign up for a free account though.

How do you actually save it in your page?

Hi Mr Lowe,
I have used it in class and found it a better 'real time'discussion board. I am about to try linoit.com so I will post later with my summation. Thanks for all the fab web 2.0 apps. So many, so little time!
