The ESF film awards is an annual event that celebrates the great work that goes on in film and media within schools. The awards ceremony is on the 27th May 2010 at Discovery College and Beacon Hill School have received 7 nominations in the different categories.

Silent Movies
For this category films had to contain no speaking. This is great as it makes the film maker really think hard about the making of the movie and how to tell a story without any talking.
Beacon Hill entered 4 films in this category. We received nominations for Best Silent Movie for 'Running'. We also received a nomination for 'Green Animations by 2F' for Best Animation and 'High Speed Video' in Best Special Effects.
